Session Information

Each session begins with an open and collaborative conversation about what you are experiencing, what you would like to change, and what goals feel most meaningful to you. We explore any patterns, challenges, or past experiences that are shaping your current responses, and together we set clear and achievable intentions for your sessions. This process draws from behavioral and cognitive awareness, allowing insight and understanding to guide the work forward. Because every person is unique, a client-centered approach is always used, and a personalized plan is created based on your individual needs and goals.

You will also receive a clear explanation of how hypnosis works and how the mind is influenced by experience to shape thoughts, emotions, and behavior. From there, you are taught simple ways to regulate your nervous system so that your sessions become even more effective. This includes tools such as breathwork, mindfulness, and self-regulation techniques that you can use on your own. This holistic approach supports alignment of the mind, body, and spirit so meaningful change can take place.

As the session progresses, you are guided into a deeply relaxed and focused state where alpha and theta brain waves become active, allowing the subconscious mind to become more receptive to positive change. This relaxed awareness allows access to the deeper levels of the subconscious, where emotional patterns and habitual responses are formed. Through calming relaxation techniques, hypnotic language, and guided imagery, new supportive messages are introduced in a way the subconscious mind naturally understands. The hypnotic process is shaped using the insights gathered earlier in the session so the experience remains personal, intentional, and effective.

Depending on your goals, a combination of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic techniques, eye movement therapy and other holistic modalities may be integrated to support emotional healing, behavioral change, and personal growth. These approaches work together to help you move toward the version of yourself you want to embody and the outcomes you want to experience.

You are also taught how to bring yourself out of hypnosis and how to apply self-hypnosis techniques, allowing you to continue reinforcing the work between sessions and into the future. Many clients choose to receive audio recordings for continued reinforcement and support outside of sessions, helping the process deepen and integrate naturally over time.

The first session typically lasts about two hours to allow ample time for exploration, education, and transformation. Follow-up sessions usually range between sixty and ninety minutes, offering continued support, refinement, and progress toward your goals.
